Onboarding Process

  1. The dealer signs up for Audience Booster.
  2. We ask for the agency contact.
  3. Clarivoy sends an email to the agency contact asking for the Advertising Account ID.
  4. Agency sends Advertising Account ID to Clarivoy Onboarding Team.
  5. Clarivoy processes the audience and connects it to the Advertising Account.
  6. Clarivoy sends an email to the agency contact instructing them to accept responsibility for the audience in their Meta Ads Management account.
  7. Agency adds the new audience to their existing and new retargeting campaigns.

Creatives

Use creative types that align with your overall strategy.  You could use inventory (collection or carousel), image, video or instant experience ads.

Audience Structure

When adding the audiences to your Ad Sets, use both the Clarivoy Audience and a Custom Audience (Website), derived from the Meta pixel, for your retargeting audiences.  The Clarivoy Audience has a 60 day look-back, we suggest using a website Custom Audience with the same look-back window.

Budget Structure

Ensure there is a dedicated budget set to the ad group that contains the retargeting audiences.  

We recommend that the budget is set at the ad group level, or the campaign only has one ad group for retargeting. This will force Meta to serve to your retargeting audiences.

Location Targeting

Use broad locations targeting within your ad group since it’s a very specific audience of people who viewed your website(s).  

We suggest at minimum you select the DMA where you’re located but could go out much further.
