Canada Signup, Billing, Sales Pipeline

Per Nan 6/17/2025:

• Canada SA dealers typically come from Trader referrals at https://www.clarivoy.com/tradermtsa/
  • If Trader provides the Trader MTSA online signup form URL to a dealer, they come into the Sales Pipeline board with Subscription=MTSA Canada and Referral Source=Trader Online. Trader is to be billed for these subscriptions.
• If the dealer signs up through another method and says their referral source was Trader, they will have Subscription=MTSA Pro+ (or Pro) and Referral Source=Trader Online or Trader Other. The Dealer is to be billed for these subscriptions.
• If CarGurus.ca provides the CarGurus.ca MTSA online signup form URL to a dealer (TBD - NOT LIVE YET), they come into the Sales Pipeline board with Subscription=MTSA Canada and Referral Source=CarGurus.ca. CarGurus.ca is to be billed for these subscriptions.
• If the dealer signs up through another method and says their referral source was Cargurus.ca, they will have Subscription=MTSA Pro+ (or Pro) and Referral Source=CarGurus.ca. The Dealer is to be billed for these subscriptions.

Canadian ODA

We also offer ODA for Trader.ca and Cargurus.ca through their respective signup forms.  These signups follow normal ODA processes.

Properties Board for Canada

Quarterly Processing Process (Trader)

1. Start at Clarivoy Properties board.
2. 🚨 When new items are created with Subscription = MTSA Canada:
   1. 🚨 An automation will set MTSA Meeting Cadence to Quarterly
   2. 🚨 If the Start Date is not empty, an automation will set Cancellation Reason = Trader.ca limited study
      1. 🚦 When the Cancellation Reason is set to Trader.ca limited study, a Make.com scenario will set:
         1. Set the Cancellation Notice Received Date = today's date
         2. Set the Final Day of Reporting = Start Date + 3 months - 1 day  (at the end of 3 months)
            1. 🚨 Monday Automation will move the item to the Pending Cancellation group.
         3. Set the Contract End Date = Start Date + 3 months - 1 day  (at the end of 3 months)

Canada Onboarding

1. Start at Clarivoy Properties board.
2. Ensure property has Country = Canada (this should be set properly from the SA Sales Pipeline board)
3. Follow normal Properties Board processes for new accounts, verifying that all information is filled in on the Property
4. Set Processing Status = Onboarding
   1. 🚨 Monday Automation will move the item to the Onboarding group.
   2. 🚨 Monday Automation will create an item in the Incoming group on the regular Onboarding Overview - SA & TVA board (same as USA clients)
5. STOP! Do not continue in this process document. Instead:
   1. Go to the regular Onboarding Overview - SA & TVA board (same as USA clients).
   2. Follow all Onboarding processes as outlined in SA+TVA Onboarding Process document.

Canada Data Processing

Canadian dealers will follow the same Monthly Data Processing processes at normal MTSA Pro/Pro+ dealers moving forward.

Canada Data Delivery

Follow the same processes for data delivery, including, but not limited to, entering the First Report Delivery Date on the Clarivoy Properties board after the data is delivered.
