We cannot use 180 CRM data.  

180 CRM allows exporting of customer leads (Management --> Export Data) however the only Lead Sources are "Internet", "Phone", "Showroom" and "Unknown" - no specific vendor names - so the data is useless to our matching.

If Onboarding, set the task status to SKIP.  You may want to ask if the dealer has another CRM or means of providing leads.

How to Export Leads from 180 CRM

We must have "General Manager" access ("General Sales Manager" will NOT work) in order to export data.

Go to Management --> Export Data
