Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

Please create a CDK CRM (formerly Elead) login for Clarivoy:

1. Use this format for the email address:  datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
   Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
   Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
2. Enable Admin access.  Admin access is required for Clarivoy to search and export your CRM Leads.
3. If you have multiple stores:
   1. Enable access for all stores under one single login.
   2. Enable access to the parent store (your automotive group) under the same login. 
4. If you create the login via CDK SSO, please trigger the activation email to be sent to us.
   If you create the login via CRM user, please provide the User ID and temporary password.

Exporting CRM Leads on your own   

1. Click the dropdown in the top right corner to select the rooftop 

If you have multiple rooftops and there is a “master” rooftop (the group name such as “ABC  Auto Group”) you can select that instead and get all the rooftops’ data together in 1 file. 

2. Click SEARCH next to Add in upper left corner 

3. Select PROSPECT SEARCH from dropdown menu under “Step 1 – Select which database to  search” 

4. Under “Step 2 – Select your search criteria”, click the following checkboxes next to each  data type. Make sure you are just selecting the first column of check boxes under the  small computer icon! (NOT under the small lock icon). 

In the first column, check: 
a. Under Customer Information: 

• Name (First & Last) 
• Phone 
• E-Mail 
• Street Address  

b. Under Opportunity Information: 

• DATE IN to filer dates, then enter the start date under "Date In Start" and  the end date under "Date In End" 
• Source Type 
• Lead Provider 

c. Under Vehicle Wanted: 

• Year 
• Make 
• New/Used 

5. Under “Step 3 – Get Your Search Results” at bottom of screen: check both boxes for: 

• “Display All Vehicles for Prospect” 
• and “Include Dealer Info and Standard Address Fields” 

6. Click the GO button at the bottom. 
 

7. Once the results load, click DOWNLOAD MERGE FILE at the top 7

8. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the  words “CDK CRM” and the months the data is for.  
Example: ABC Autos – CDK CRM – Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv 

9. If you did not select the “master” rooftop in Step 1 and you have additional rooftops, Repeat Steps 1 through 8 for each additional rooftop. 

10. Log out of CDK CRM 

11. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files.
