Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you
Please create a login for Clarivoy so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
- Use this format for the email address:
datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces). Make sure you include the + sign.
Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com. - Enable access to the General Report
- Enable permissions to view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
- Enable access to Export data via the Mail Merge function.
Account Setup for exporting on your own
1. Click Showroom Traffic (left side)
2. Under the Reports section, select General Report
3. Set Basic Filters & Display Options
Company = select the rooftop desired (if you have multiple stores)
Range = set dates desired
4. Set Advanced Filter
To the left of the Lead Sources (Walk-In/Phone/Sales Internet/Service Internet/Misc…) check “All”
For No duplicates/Only duplicates, change to “All”
For Actives/Inactives, change to “All”
5. Click Submit

6. On the results page, in the top right corner, click the Right arrow icon
[Mail Merge Version] located to the right of to the Printer icon.
If you do not see the Mail Merge Version icon, you must have an administrator update your user profile to enable permissions to Export data via the Mail Merge function.
7. You will get a confirmation message and a CSV file will be emailed to the email address on your user profile.
8. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “Oplogic CRM Leads” and the month(s) the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos – OpLogic CRM Leads – Jan 2024.csv
9. If you have multiple rooftops, repeat all steps above for each additional rooftop/store.
10. Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.
