Our policy is to give logins only to direct employees of the dealership in question. If other parties, such as an agency or paid search provider, requests a login is must be approved by Matt Reid. 

Request approval

You can post your request on the Third Party Advisor Request board.

Be sure to put your reasons for making this exception in the updates of the request. Matt will evaluate the request and confirm or deny permission.

Once approved

Go to https://app.pandadoc.com/a/#/templates-next

From the documents presented, choose “Clarivoy Third Party Advisor Agreement” and click on Add One Item.

Add the Dealer's email, the Agency's email and Matt@clarivoy.com to the recipients list. Also add yourself and any referrinig CSM as a cc.

Fill in the name of the agency, along with physical address, and the name of the dealer they are representing. Set the Effective Date to today's date.

Send.

Go back to the Third Party Advisor Request board and set the status to Agreement Sent.

When agreement has been signed

Go to the DMUI and set up the login for the approved party.

Go back to Third Party Advisor Request board and set the status to Done - Login Provided
