What/Who:  An email report is sent each morning to all CSLs (plus Datateam and select Engineering contacts) containing a list of domains which have added our Clarivoy Web tag within the past three days.

Action Needed:  
CS Specialist is to review the report and take appropriate action:

• All dealers - Locate the Rocketlane Onboarding project and set the Tag Live task status to Completed.
• Starter/Basic dealers (Source Reports) - In addition to updating the Tag Live task (above):

1. Go to the Overview tab
2. Project Info box (top right)
3. Click “See more fields”
4. Set the Tag Live Date to the date the tag was loaded.
   1. ✴️ Zapier integration will set the following to match:
      1. Rocketlane Project field - Clarivoy Start Date
      2. Monday Source Reports Properties board - Start Date
5. If the project is for a group, Zapier will only update 1 of the Source Reports Properties board items (the one with the RL Project ID filled in).  You need to manually update all of the other group items on the Source Reports Properties board by filling in the Start Date column.
