Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

Please create an Activix CRM account for Clarivoy so that we may create reports and export your CRM leads for use in Sales Attribution.

1. Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
   Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
2. In order to export data from 180, set the account to “General Manager" access level or higher (”General Sales Manager" access does not allow exporting).
3. You will need to obtain the “Export Password” for the dealership (an Admin for your 180 DMS should have this) and provide it to Clarivoy.
4. Please email us with the login information and the Export Password.

Exporting Sales Data on your Own

Account Setup for Exporting Data

Note: To export data from 180, you will need:

Report Setup

1. Login
2. In the menu at the top, click Management
3. Click Export Data
4. Click Retail Deal Data
5. Add each of the required fields from the Available Fields list on the left to the Selected Fields list on the right by selecting each field then click the → button in the middle

   8. IsWholesale
   9. LastName
   10. Make
   11. MiddleName

   13. Model

   21. Year
6. Under the “Export data for:” section at the bottom, set the Delivery Date Range to the dates needed
7. Under “Save Report as (optional)”, enter Clarivoy Sales Report
8. Enter the Export Password
9. Click the gray Export File button
10. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the word “Sales” and the months the data is for
    Example: ABC Autos - Sales - April 2024 to Jun 2024.csv
11. Go to upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload the file, checking the box for “Sales”.
