Our records indicate that we require Historical Sales data for your dealership. This means that we require an additional Historical Sales data authorization form from your dealership, in addition to the regular authorization form for Daily Sales.
Please complete the instructions below to authorize Tekion to share your Historical Sales data with Clarivoy.

Allow Tekion to Send Your Historical Sales Data to Clarivoy
- Please print or download the document below (use the print or download buttons in the upper right corner of the form).
- Complete the 2 sections with a green box around them (Dealer Information and Dealer Authorization).
- Tekion requires a physical signature on the form.
- Complete one form per store, as required by Tekion.
- Please return the completed form(s) to Clarivoy, not Tekion. Please upload the form inside your Onboarding portal in the Tekion Sales data task, or send it to datateam@clarivoy.com.
We need to add Secure FTP credentials to your completed form before sending to Tekion.
