SendGrid is a system used by Engineering to send email notifications for the DMUI. SendGrid is now owned by Twilio.
We are starting to use it to send email notifications from Monday.com, as SendGrid can send emails from a Google User Group email address (whereas Monday Gmail integrations cannot). The Monday integration with SendGrid is a third-party integration created by Setupsolution.io. (See Vendor Details board for Setupsolution.io support).
