When you are logged into the dashboard, you use the navigation bar on the left rail to take you between the pages. That group of links is titled Sales Attribution. 

Below that, you will find another section entitled “Tools.” 

When you select that, a list of tools appears, and you can select “Download Clicktrails.”

From that interface, you will find your Clicktrails organized by rooftop, and then by month. Follow the instructions to download your chosen files. You will have access to Clicktrails for the most recent four months.
