Catalyst IQ Call Tracking: Downloading Call Logs

Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you

This is our preferred method.

Please create a Catalyst IQ login for Clarivoy at https://phones.foxdealer.com/login so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
 

  1. Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com    
         Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.      
         Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.   
  2. Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.   
  3. Enable access to Export data.
  4. Please provide us with the username and temporary password.

Exporting Call Logs on your own

  1. Log into https://phones.foxdealer.com/login 
  2. Click the dropdown arrow under Fox Dealer and select the desired rooftop in the navigation bar on the left
  3. Click on Dashboard under Dealer
  4. Underneath Dashboard ensure the communication type is set to “Calls”
     
  5. Click + More Filters
  6. In the search bar type “Direction” and click it
  7. Click Inbound
  8. Then click Show Results 
  9. Click the dates field's dropdown arrow to the left of + More Filters
  10. Click the dropdown menu and select custom
  11. Select your desired dates and then click Show Results
  12. Click Export on the top right corner of the page
  13. Click Remove All and then select the following:
    1. ID
    2. Icon (Direction / Status)
    3. Time started
    4. Duration (formatted)
    5. Contact / caller
    6. Caller city
    7. Dialed (e.164 formatted)
    8. Caller emails
    9. Caller first name
    10. Caller last name
    11. Caller middle name
    12. Caller postal code
    13. Caller street line 1
    14. Caller street line 2
    15. Account
    16. Tracking pool name
    17. Source (first touch)
    18. Source (last touch)
  14. Click Export on the bottom right
  15. Go to your email inbox to download the file.  The file may take a few minutes to be delivered.
  16. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the  words “Catalyst IQ CT” and the months the data is for.  
    Example: ABC Autos – Catalyst IQ CT – Jan 2025 to Mar 2025.csv
  17. Repeat steps 2 to 16 if you have additional rooftops to pull.
  18. Log out of Catalyst IQ Call Tracking.
  19. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
