Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

This is our preferred method.

Existing Login for Clarivoy
If you already have an existing VinSolutions login for Clarivoy, please add any new stores to the existing login.

New to Clarivoy
Please create a Marchex Edge login for Clarivoy.

1. Pick a username of your choosing.  Most dealers use clarivoyclientname where clientname is your dealership name. Do not make the username the email address.  You cannot use symbols like @+#$%& in the username.
        Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the username might be clarivoyabcautos
2. Use this format for the email address:   datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
        Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
        Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
3. If you have multiple stores, please enable access to all stores under the same login.

Exporting Call Logs on our own

1. Log into https://edge.marchex.io
2. Click on the 3 lines at the top left in the blue box to expand the menu
   
3. Click Reports
   
4. Then click Campaigns (if this option is not available then pick Tracking Numbers)
   
5. Click the check box next to "CAMPAIGN NAME" (or NUMBER if you selected Tracking Numbers) to select all of the campaigns underneath Filter Results on the top left.
   
6. On the top right click RUN REPORT
   
7. Click the drop down arrow in “Report Type” and select “Custom CSV Export”
   
8. Set Date Range to Custom
   
9. Select the desired dates
   
10. Click Continue
    
11. Click the drop down arrow to expand Select all under Select Parameters
    
12. On the Select Parameter Selection page check the following:
    1. Call Details
    2. Caller Details
    3. Campaign Details
       
       
13. Click the blue button “EXPORT CSV” on the top right
14. A popup window will appear reading that "the download link will be sent to your email', click the blue close button.
    
15. Find the email within your inbox and click the hyper link “Report Link”
16. Save the file somewhere you will remember.    
    Name it with your dealership name, the word “Marchex” and the dates the data is for.    
    Example: ABC Autos – Marchex – Jan 2025 to Mar 2025.csv
17. If you have multiple stores, repeat the above steps for each additional store.
18. Log out.
19. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
