DMS Integrations - Preferred Method Tekion Integration DealerVault Integration Requirements for Service RO Files

What: Clarivoy needs to obtain 10 years of Historical Service data (Closed ROs) for your dealership, plus ongoing daily data for new and updated ROs.  We collect Closed Repair Orders from your dealership (preferably from your DMS system) with date of service, customer data, and detailed vehicle information.

Why: To provide a complete Customer Data Platform, we need to obtain customer data from all of your dealership's systems.

How:  If you use Tekion DMS, we receive your sales data directly from your DMS vendor.  In most other cases, your data will be collected by DealerVault and then shared with Clarivoy.

 

DMS Integrations - Preferred Method

Tekion Integration

We have a relationship established with Tekion, where Tekion will directly provide us with the requested data once your dealership authorizes the data sharing.  Click here for more information on Service data integration with Tekion DMS. 

DealerVault Integration

For most other DMS, Clarivoy can receive your sales data from DealerVault.

 

Requirements for Service RO Files

  • Please ensure that the required fields are present in your Service Repair Orders file.
  • The file should contain 1 record per row (with no blank rows or columns, no row grouping and no summary rows).
