About API Integrations
In our continued efforts to automate and make our data collection more efficient, we are pleased to inform you that Clarivoy has established an API connection with Dealer Inspire to receive Conversations chat data. API connections allow us to receive your chat logs securely from your website chat vendor.
Conversations Integration Process
We need your dealership's authorization for Dealer Inspire to share your Conversations chat data with Clarivoy.
- Our Onboarding Specialist will send you the authorization request through our Onboarding portal and you simply need to reply with “APPROVED”.
- We will then work with Dealer Inspire directly to set up the API connection for your chat log data.
