DealerPeak: Setting Up CRM Leads Reports

Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

This is our preferred method.

Please create a login for for Clarivoy so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.

  1. Use this format for the email address:
        datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
        Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
        Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
  2. Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
  3. Enable access to Export data.
        This sometimes requires the user profile to be set to Admin or Manager access.
  4. Provide Clarivoy with:
    1. The username
    2. The temporary password
    3. The login URL

 

Exporting CRM Leads on your own

  1. Log in to DealerPeak CRM
  2. In the top menu, click on Customers
  3. In the dropdown menu, click on Advanced Search
  4. Under "Basic Filters" change "Who" to “All Customers/Entire Database
  5. Change "Dates" to the desired date range
  6. Click Search Now
  7. In the upper right hand corner, click “Work With Group”
  8. Click "Export to CSV" and then "Next Step" and wait for file to load
  9. Save the file somewhere you will remember. 
    Name the file with your dealership name, the words “DealerPeak CRM” and the month(s) the data is for.
    Example: ABC Autos – DealerPeak CRM – Aug 2024.csv 
  10. If you have additional dealerships that require different DealerPeak logins, logout and repeat steps 1-9 for each store.
  11. Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.
