First, you must get acquainted with the dashboard. See Using The Dashboard on the home page.
Second, you start using the data views provided to understand the 3 KPIs that we help you solve for:
- INFLUENCE - How many sales did [source] influence? This month? The last 90 days? Compared to other sources?
- EFFICIENCY - What is the Cost Per Sale (CPS)? This month? The last 90 days? Compared to other sources?
- PROFITABILITY - How Profitable is it? What is the Average Total Gross? What is my Return on Investment (ROI)? What is my Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Third, you make decisions about your marketing. Where should I cut back? Where should I add or grow? Make sure to run each change or revision to your marketing decisions through all 3 lenses: influence, efficiency, and profitability.
