DealerSocket Login URL:  https://my.dealersocket.com/

If you are stuck in a loop on a Solera (MFA) page such as this:

….Follow these steps:

1. In the URL location bar, click the “View Site Information” slider icon button to the left of the URL
   
2. Click Site Settings…
   
3. Click the “Delete data” button
4. Click the back arrow
   
5. In the search box at the top right (not the very top search box but the one below that!) enter “dealersocket”
6. Click “Delete displayed data” button
   
7. In the confirmation dialog box, click the blue “Delete” button
8. Go to https://my.dealersocket.com/ to login.  Do not use any other URL that may exist in Keeper or on the Monthly Tasks board.
9. If you still can't login, try turning off pop-up blocker by clicking on tiny small lock icon in the URL bar at the top of the browser, then selecting "Allow" Pop-ups and redirects".

Changing a DealerSocket Password

To change password, you must use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
