Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

This is our preferred method.

Existing Login for Clarivoy
If you already have an existing DealerSocket login for Clarivoy, please add any new stores to the existing login.

New to Clarivoy
Please create a DealerSocket login for Clarivoy:

1. Use this format for the email address:   datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
   Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
   Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
2. If you have multiple rooftops, please enable access to all rooftops under the same login.
3. Enable Admin access.  Admin access is required for Clarivoy to view the email logs, which contain all of your CRM Leads.
4. Please provide your Onboarding Specialist with the username and password.

Exporting CRM Leads on your own

If you are unable to provide a login to Clarivoy, you will need to export your leads file and upload it to us.  In DealerSocket, the Email Logs contain all the CRM leads.  Note: You must have ADMIN level access to view the Email Logs.   

1. Click on dropdown at upper right corner to change the rooftop (if necessary)
2. Click on Admin (gear icon in the blue box on the left side of the screen)  
        (in alternate layout, click on ADMIN TOOLS at left side menu, then click on ADMIN MENU).
3. Click on EMAIL, LEAD & TEXT.
4. Click on EMAIL/LEAD ACCOUNT SETUP.
   
5. Click on the first small pencil and paper icon under "Edit", on the left.
   
6. Click on VIEW ALL EMAIL LOGS, at the right middle of screen.
    
7. Click on the circle (radio button) next to FROM.
8. Change dates to desired date range.
9. Click on SEARCH in top bar to update the results.
10. Check the number of results by looking at the number of records returned under the Dates. If it shows 5000 records, you will need to export multiple files as DealerSocket will only export a maximum of 5000 leads at a time. To do this: 
    1. Change the date range and click SEARCH again until you get less than 5,000 records (try the 1st through the 15th of the month)
    2. Export the first portion of the month
    3. Change the date range again to get the remainder of the month
    4. Export the second portion of the month
    5. If necessary, repeat until you have exported the entire month
11. Click on green EXPORT button at the top right.
     
12. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “DealerSocket CRM” and the month the data is for. 
    Example: ABC Autos - DealerSocket CRM - Jan 2025.csv
13. Go back to the main screen of DealerSocket and repeat steps 1 – 12 for each additional rooftop. 
14. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports to securely upload all files, checking the box for "CRM Leads”
