This article explains how to configure and generate the monthly CRM Leads report from SpaceAuto for MTSA Pro/Pro+ dealerships. The report is generated using DAISI, SpaceAuto's built-in AI reporting assistant, and uploaded to the MTSA upload portal for processing.

How SpaceAuto Reporting Works

Clarivoy's Monthly Lead Report is configured within DAISI separately for each SpaceAuto dealership/login.

For a new SpaceAuto dealership, the Clarivoy report must first be created, validated, and saved to DAISI's memory. Once setup is complete, Ops can generate the report each month using a simple saved command.

First-Time Setup for a New SpaceAuto Dealership

Complete this section once for each new SpaceAuto dealership.

Step 1: Open DAISI

Sign in to SpaceAuto using the credentials provided by the dealership.

SpaceAuto sends a one-time verification code to the account email rather than requiring a password.

Open DAISI by selecting the flower icon. Depending on your screen size, DAISI may appear in the left navigation menu or along the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Request the Initial Lead Report

Paste the following prompt into DAISI:

Please create a report for all net-new customer/lead records created during the prior calendar month.

Use the customer record creation date as the Lead Date. Include one row per customer in the month their customer record was first created.

Do not infer or construct additional lead rows from subsequent inquiries, messages, calls, form submissions, deals, or other activity on existing customer records.

Do not exclude records based on lead source, status, or disposition.

Please include the following fields whenever available:

Please generate the report as a CSV.

Before saving this as a reusable report, explain which SpaceAuto fields are being used for each requested field and identify any fields or criteria that are not available exactly as requested.

Step 3: Validate the Initial Report

Review DAISI's response before saving anything to memory.

Confirm that:

• The reporting period is the entire prior calendar month.
• The Lead Date is based on the customer's original creation date.
• The report contains one row per net-new customer record.
• DAISI is not constructing additional lead rows from later customer activity.
• The requested customer contact fields are available.
• Lead Source and Lead Source Detail are populated from appropriate SpaceAuto fields.
• UTM Source, Medium, and Campaign are included when available.
• The report can be generated as a CSV.

SpaceAuto Lead Limitation

SpaceAuto is customer-centric and does not maintain a separate lead entity for every subsequent inquiry from an existing customer.

The Clarivoy Monthly Lead Report therefore represents net-new customer/lead records, not every individual inquiry received during the month.

Each customer appears once, in the month their customer record was originally created. Subsequent inquiries, calls, messages, form submissions, or other activity from that customer do not create additional lead rows.

Step 4: Test the Report

Have DAISI generate a sample report for the most recently completed calendar month.

Download and review the CSV.

Verify that:

• The file contains the expected reporting month.
• Customer records are present.
• Dates are formatted correctly.
• Customer names and contact information are present where available.
• Lead Source information is present.
• The file is not empty or obviously incomplete.
• The CSV structure is suitable for Clarivoy processing.

Do not save the report configuration to memory until the sample has been validated.

Step 5: Save the Monthly Lead Report to DAISI Memory

Once the sample report has been validated, tell DAISI:

Please save this as the Clarivoy Monthly Lead Report.

When I say "run the monthly lead report," generate this exact report for the entire prior calendar month using the same criteria, fields, and CSV format without asking me to provide them again.

Before saving the memory, show me the complete memory card for approval.

DAISI will display a memory approval request.

Review the complete memory before approving it.

Confirm that the saved specification matches the validated report, then select the green checkmark to approve the memory.

Monthly CRM Processing

Once the dealership's Clarivoy Monthly Lead Report has been configured and saved, use the following process each month.

Step 1: Generate the CRM Leads Report

Sign in to SpaceAuto and open DAISI.

Enter:

Run the monthly lead report.

DAISI will generate the saved Clarivoy Monthly Lead Report for the entire prior calendar month.

For example:

• Running the report on September 1 generates August 1–31 data.
• Running the report on October 1 generates September 1–30 data.

Once DAISI finishes processing the request, click the CSV download link to save the report.

Step 2: Rename the Report

Rename the downloaded file using the following naming convention:

YYYY MM - DEALERSHIP NAME - SpaceAuto CRM

Example:

2026 08 - Clarivoy Auto - SpaceAuto CRM.csv

Step 3: Upload the Report

Upload the completed CRM report to:
