We cannot use 180 CRM Leads data for attribution. 

180 CRM allows exporting of customer leads (however the only Lead Sources are "Internet", "Phone", "Showroom" and "Unknown" - no specific vendor names - so the data is useless to our matching.

If Onboarding, ask if the dealer has another CRM or means of providing leads.

• If yes, provide them with the generic collect instructions: CRM Leads Data For Source Reports
• If no, we are unable to work with the dealer for Source Reports as we do not have an option for Source Reports online only attribution (without collecting an offline CRM file). 

How to Export Leads from 180 CRM

We must have "General Manager" access ("General Sales Manager" will NOT work) in order to export data.

Go to Management --> Export Data
