Usage of the CSL Info Board
The CSL Info board is located in the CS Workspace. The board tracks CSLs, custom email signatures, and their Calendar scheduling links. This information is used in multiple places, including (but not limited to):
-
Client Ready Emails(as of September 2025 these are now sent by a SuperMail automation on the Client/Property Master board - Account Past Due emails sent by the Controller from the Clarivoy Properties board
New CSL Hired
- When a new CSL is added, add a new item to the CSL Info board, filling in:
- Name
- CSL people column link - This is how Make knows to cross-reference the CSL from the CSMP board.
- Meeting link - Insert the CSL's Calendly link. This is used in the email for the "Schedule a Meeting" button link. If the meeting link is left blank on a CSL, the "Schedule a meeting" paragraph and button will be omitted from the Client Ready email.
- Custom Message - Not required. If the Custom Message column contains text, that text is inserted at the bottom of the "Client Ready" email, before the "schedule a meeting" section. This is useful for notifying dealers about events, promotions, or technical issues (such as required password resets).
- 🚦 When a new item is created or any field is changed, the Make scenario CSL Info updated - update Data Store (used for Past Due emails) is triggered which updates the data store in Make.com which stores the info used to send the emails.
Granting Email Send Permission - New CSL Hired
When a new CSL is added, you must follow these steps to grant CustomerSuccess@clarivoy.com permission to send email on the CSL's behalf. This is necessary so that Make can send the "Client Ready" email using the CustomerSuccess@clarivoy.com account but make it appear to have been sent by the CSL. (The From: field will contain the CSL's name and email address, and replies will go directly to the CSL.)
If you do not complete these steps, the "Client Ready" email will appear to come from the CSL, however replies will go to CustomerSuccess, not the CSL. (The From: field will contain the CSL's name but the email address will be customersuccess@clarivoy.com)
