CS Support monitors the Unknown Domains Monitor Looker Board daily (located in Looker -> Mission Control -> Web Traffic -> Unknown Domains Monitor). The board shows the tag ID with the # of times the tag fired yesterday on each domain that is not associated with a Clarivoy property.

1. Find the domain - try adding .com or search Google if that does not work
2. Check for our tag (if it does not exist, you are on the wrong website and must search again)
3. In the Dashboard, search for the property
   1. If the property exists, add the domain to the domain list
   2. If no property exists, Create the property
      1. IF it is a NEW or ACTIVE client, turn on tag monitor
      2. IF it is an INACTIVE client, turn OFF tag monitor
