If you use either CDK or Tekion DMS, we receive your sales data directly from your DMS vendor.  In most other cases, your data will be collected by DealerVault and then shared with Clarivoy. 

Existing DealerVault Integrations

These instructions are for dealers whose DMS is already integrated with DealerVault.

Please have a DealerVault Admin at your dealership follow these instructions to send your sales to Clarivoy:

1. Click here to login to DealerVault
2. In the menu at the top, click Add, then click Feed
3. Select Clarivoy from the list of vendors, then click Next
4. Check the box next to Sales
5. If you have multiple stores: click the Stores icon to the right of Sales and select all stores.
6. Click Next to submit the request

Please confirm with our Onboarding team once complete.  DealerVault will then set up the sales feed with Clarivoy.

New DealerVault Integrations

These instructions are for dealers whose DMS is NOT integrated with DealerVault.

1. Dealers - Please have your tech contact schedule an appointment with DealerVault using this link: https://dealervault.appointlet.com/
   Choose [New Dealers] Dealership Setup.
2. DealerVault will work with your dealership to set up the integration that sends your Sales data from your dealership to DealerVault.
3. DealerVault then checks the data for Quality Assurance.
4. Clarivoy will then work with DealerVault to setup receiving the sales data on our end.
