To provide Automotive Mastermind Email Opens manifest lists for use in your Clarivoy Sales Attribution, please send these instructions to your Automotive Mastermind representative:

Automotive Mastermind Instructions

Please create a report showing all email OPENS for the specified dealer(s).

1. CONTENTS:  The report should contain one row per customer, per open event.
2. COLUMNS:  The report must contain the following REQUIRED columns:
   ○ xEntity_InsertedAt
        [this is the date of the email open]
   ○ Email
        [customer's email address]
   ○ DealerId
        [AM's ID for the dealership store]
   ○ Campaign
        [Examples: Early_Funnel, Late_Funnel, etc.]
   
   The following columns are not required, but are highly recommended.  For best attribution results, please include all of these columns:
   ○ Name_First
   ○ Name_Last
   ○ Address_Line1
   ○ Address_City
   ○ Address_State
   ○ Address_Zip
   ○ Phone_Home
   ○ Phone_Mobile
   ○ Phone_Office

3. EXPORT: Once you have built the report, please pull the most recent 2 complete months (if available).
4. SAVE: The file must be in .CSV or .XLSX (Excel) format with no password protection.  DO NOT add password protection to this file. Data security details for our secure upload site can be found here.
5. UPLOAD: Securely upload the file(s) at https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa checking the box for “Email”.
