What information do you need and why do you need it?
Clarivoy is dedicated to helping you identify and qualify your best resources for selling cars. Consistent, high-quality data is critical to the attribution process, ensuring that actionable results can be produced efficiently and reliably. We will be asking for access to the following resources:
DMS Sales - Our reporting to you is VIN-specific. We start with the sale and recreate the buyer’s journey working backward from that point. We use your data to determine the online identity of your buyer to discover their path to purchase. By considering Front, Back and Total Gross, we can isolate the vendors providing the best ROI for your dealership. We also ask for front, back and total gross to determine the differences between the value of the deals each channel facilitates. We can arrange for data to be sent monthly via DealerVault, or we will send you a reminder each month to provide this data.
CRM Leads - Your lead sources are recorded in your CRM, along with timestamps, email addresses and phone numbers. Unfortunately, CRMs attribute sales to only one source. Having this information can help us to uncover additional connections to the online behavior of your buyers. We can show you where your buyer was engaged before and after submitting a lead to your CRM. We will request a login to your CRM or ask you to schedule a monthly report to be sent to us.
Call Tracking, Email Opens and Chat Records - Customer interactions can be associated with specific campaigns and/or marketing channels to be included in your analysis. We can show you where, in the path to purchase, these actions take place. We will request a login to your accounts or ask you to schedule a monthly report to be sent to us.
Google Analytics - Your analytics account helps us to apply context to our reporting. It also allows us to add detail to channels like paid search and display. We can identify which campaigns actually result in sales, and at what cost. We will send you instructions to grant Clarivoy access.
Ad Spends - This is the final step in determining the ROI of each marketing channel. We use this to help you find ways to optimize your marketing dollars to achieve the goals you’ve set. You can enter these ad spends in the portal each month or forward the information to your Customer Success Lead.
