The Onboarding Process

Soon after signing your contract with Clarivoy, you will receive an email asking you to complete a small survey that lets us know what technology you use in your dealership. You will also be asked to click on a calendar link to schedule a call with our onboarding specialist.

During the onboarding call, we will work with you to make sure we have access to the data contained in your DMS, CRM and Call Tracking accounts. In many cases, this access will be automated, and we will need your approvals to set that up.

You will also receive an email asking if you would like to share minimal data with the third-party marketplaces that you use. No revenue data will be shared; information is limited to the number of buyers who used the third party on their path to purchase. The information is used to optimize performance. Sharing is optional, but most of our dealers agree to share.

We will ask for access to your Google Analytics, and we will send the instruction to grant us that access.

We will also send instructions for tagging your paid search, social and email campaigns in such a way that we can give full attribution to the campaigns that are being run for you. This will be an email that you simply forward to whomever is running those campaigns.

Typically, this call lasts about 10 minutes, and the tasks you may be given can be completed the same day. There will be follow up if you need help.
