Sharing Results with Third-Parties

During the onboarding process, you will be asked to decide whether or not to share some of your results with third-party vendors. This is optional. We will never share any type of PII or revenue information. This is an example of what the third-party provider will see in their reporting:

Sales Month: The month of the sales attribution results.

Total Sales: The number of new and preowned vehicles sold that month.

Third Party Only: The number of buyers who visited the third-party marketplace, but did not visit the dealer's website prior to purchasing.

Viewed Both: The number of buyers who visited the third-party marketplace and the dealer's website prior to purchasing.

Attributed Leads: The number of buyers who submitted a lead through the third-party marketplace, or called a tracking number assigned to the third-party marketplace prior to purchasing.

Total Attributed Sales: The total number of buyers who interacted with the third-party marketplace prior to purchasing (roughly the sum of the previous four columns).

 

This is an example of the permissions form you will be asked to complete. For each third-party provider listed, you will simply select whether to approve or deny sharing:
