Total number of rooftops for Dealer Group - Numeric. Needed for client profile

Number of rooftops contracting in this deal - Numeric. Needed to calculate the deal value.

Rooftops Contracting - Multi-line text. List each rooftop name on a separate line. Needed for property creation in Monday and the DMUI.

Signer's Email - Email format. May be pulled in from the associated contact. Needed for the contract

Signer First Name - Text. May be pulled in from the associated contact. Needed for the contract

Signer Last Name - Text. May be pulled in from the associated contact. Needed for the contract

Signer Phone - Text. May be pulled in from the associated contact. Needed for the contract

Signer Title - Text. May be pulled in from the associated contact. Needed for the contract

Subscription - Drop down. Choose only one. If CDP Lite is included in an MTSA deal, just choose the appropriate MTSA subscription.

SA Rate - Numeric. Needed for the contract and to calculate the deal value. Do not include CDP rate in this number.

CDP-Lite Audiences - Multi pick list. Choose All-In, or choose individually if not All-in.

CDP Rate - Numeric. Needed for the contract and to calculate the deal value.

Domain(s) - Multi-line text. Needed for account set up in Monday.

Group Domain - Multi-line text. Needed for account set up in Monday.

Referral Source - Pick list. Needed for reporting.

Event Name - Enter if lead was from a meeting at an event.

Agency OR Direct - Pick list. Some agencies are listed in the pick list. Use Other if your agency isn't there.

Company Name - Text. May be pulled from the associated Company. Needed for contract and account set up.

Address - Text. Needed for contract.

City - Text. Needed for contract.

State/Region - Pick list. Needed for contract.

Zip / Postal Code -  Formatted text. Needed for contract.

Country/Region - Pick list. Needed for contract.

Start Date - Date. Needed for contract.

End Date - Date. Needed for contract.

Estimated - Close date - Date. Not required. Use for keeping yourself organized.

Deal owner - Automated by state.

Client ID - Numeric. Enter if it already exists in the DMUI

Property ID - Numeric. Enter if it already exists in the DMUI. Enter only one as a sample iif more than one rooftop.
