For all other DMS or CRM systems, follow the instructions below. 

Please pull a Sales file from your DMS or CRM. Your file must include the following fields:

• Sales Date
• Buyer Name (First & Last)
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• At least one phone number
• At least one email address
• New or Used
• Vehicle Year
• Vehicle Make
• Vehicle Model
• VIN

Important: Each sale must include at least one phone number or one email address for matching.

Once you have exported the Sales file from your system, please upload it to us at:

 upload.clarivoy.com/oda

Note: Clarivoy will not share any PII that the dealer provides with third party marketplaces.
