To generate your On-Demand Attribution report, Clarivoy needs sales data from your dealership. This data allows us to match completed vehicle sales to marketing activity and accurately measure attribution.

Step 1: Export Your Sales Data

If your dealership uses one of the systems below, select it for step-by-step export instructions.

Supported DMS & CRM Systems

Don't See Your System?

No problem.

Export a sales report from your DMS or CRM that includes the following fields:

Required Field	Description
Sale Date	The date the vehicle was sold.
Buyer Name	The buyer's first and last name.
Street Address	The buyer's street address.
City	The buyer's city of residence.
State	The buyer's state or province of residence.
ZIP Code	The buyer's ZIP code.
Phone Number	At least one phone number or one email address is required.
Email Address	At least one email address or one phone number is required.
New or Used	Indicates whether the vehicle sold was new or used.
Vehicle Year	The model year of the vehicle sold.
Vehicle Make	The manufacturer of the vehicle sold (e.g., Ford, Toyota).
Vehicle Model	The model of the vehicle sold (e.g., F-150, Camry).
VIN	The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the vehicle sold.
