DriveCentric: Exporting Leads Data for Source Reports

Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

This is our preferred method.

Existing Login for Clarivoy
If you already have an existing DriveCentric login for Clarivoy, please add any new stores to the existing login.

New to Clarivoy
Please create a DriveCentric login for Clarivoy:  

  1. Use this format for the email address:  
         datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com  
         Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.    
         Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
  2. Use the phone number provided to you for the account setup (2FA).
  3. If you have multiple rooftops, please enable access to all rooftops under the same login.
  4. On the Permissions tab, make sure you enable the following for the new login, so Clarivoy can download your CRM leads:  
         - Mining  
         - Under Data Access, set Data Access to "Store"  (required to view all leads)  
         - Under Customer Access, enable "Data Download"  
         - Enable "View DMS Amounts"
  5. Please provide your Onboarding Specialist with the username and password.

Exporting CRM Leads on your own

Permissions Required

In order to export leads and sales data for all users from DriveCentric CRM, your user profile must have specific permissions.  You will need to have an Admin at your dealership grant you the appropriate permissions.

On the user setup Permissions tab, make sure the following are enabled for your user profile:
     - Mining  
     - Under Data Access, set Data Access to "Store"  (required to view all leads)  
     - Under Customer Access, enable "Data Download"  
     - Enable "View DMS Amounts"

Creating The Report

If you have already created the report, skip ahead to Pulling the Data Monthly.

  1. Login at https://app.drivecentric.com/
  2. Click on the Initials on the top right corner (if multiple rooftops are under one account).
    In the drop-down menu, select Change Stores and select the desired rooftop. 
  3. In the menu at the top, click the magnifying glass icon for Mining.
  4. Mine Deals (right side)
  5. Add Filter (left side)
  6. Search for “Deal Date Created”
  7. Select “Last Month”
  8. Click the purple  Save  button
  9. Click the columns button (top right side)
  10. Remove all default columns (X next to each column name on the right side) 
  11. Choose the following columns:
          • Customer
          • Customer Cell Phone
          • Customer City
          • Customer Email
          • Customer First Name
          • Customer Home Phone
          • Customer Last Name
          • Customer Phone
          • Customer State
          • Customer Street Address 1
          • Customer Street Address 2
          • Customer Work Phone
          • Customer Zip
          • Store
          • Deal Date Created
          • Source Description  
          • Source Details
          • Source Type
  12. Click   Apply Columns  
  13. Click the three dots in the top right corner
  14. Click Download
    If you do not see the Download option, your user profile does not have the correct permissions.  See Permissions Required. 
  15. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words  “DriveCentric CRM” and the month(s) the data is for. Example: ABC Autos – DriveCentric CRM – Jan 2025.csv
  16. Click the Save Segment button (top left, next to the filters)  
  17. Name it “Clarivoy CRM Leads Last Month – ROOFTOP NAME”
  18. Click  Save New Segment 
  19. If there are additional rooftops, you may need to recreate this segment under each rooftop. Click the initials in the top right then Change Stores to switch rooftops, then repeat all previous steps for each store.
  20. Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.

Moving forward, you will be able to pull the leads easily each month by following the steps below.

 

 

Pulling The Data Monthly

  1. Login at https://app.drivecentric.com/
  2. Click on the Initials on the top right corner (if multiple rooftops are under one account)    
    1. In the drop-down menu select Change Stores and select the desired rooftop.     
  3. In the menu at the top, click the magnifying glass icon for Mining.
  4. Hover over “Clarivoy CRM Leads Last Month” box (towards the bottom of the page)
  5. Click the three dots on the box
  6. Click Download
    If you do not see the Download option, your user profile does not have the correct permissions.  See Permissions Required.
  7. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words  “DriveCentric CRM” and the month the data is for. 
    Example: ABC Autos – DriveCentric CRM – Jan 2025.csv
  8. If there are additional rooftops, click the initials in the top right then Change Stores to switch  rooftops and repeat the previous steps.
  9. Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.
