🚀 When a Rocketlane project is created with an MTSA subscription, Rocketlane automations import the Phase 1 - All Subscriptions template.

Tag Approval - PRO AND STARTER

1. CS Specialist - Send the customer the Clarivoy website tag
   1. Login to the DMUI to get the tag & CS Specialist uses the "Email Tracking Code" feature to send the tag to themself
      1. Tools
      2. Tag Setup
      3. Select property
      4. Go
      5. Email Tracking Code button
      6. CS Specialist enters their own email address, so they receive the tag (we don't send directly to the customer here because we want to CC the website provider - see next steps below)
   2. Forward that email to the dealer main POC

2. Set Rocketlane task status to Completed

Tag Live - PRO AND STARTER

1. CS Specialist - Confirm the tag is live on the dealer's website
2. Set Rocketlane task status to Completed.
3. Pro/Pro+/Canada: 🚀 When the Tag Live task is completed, Rocketlane will import the Phase 3 - Pro/Pro+/Canada template (via automation in Phase 1 template on the Tag Live task).

Confirm DMUI Setup

1. IF DOWNGRADING FROM PRO/PRO+: DO NOT set Source Reports=TRUE until after their final processing month for Pro/Pro+ has ended. Example: If their Final Reporting Date for Pro is March 31, do not set Source Reports=TRUE until April 30. (This will prevent their last month of Pro/Pro+ data from being pushed to prod prematurely)
2. DMUI - Create Property and Client: If needed, create the account, client, and property in the DMUI. Engineering needs to automate *If a dealer was a previous customer on full MTSA, use the existing property. Do not reuse an ODA property.
   1. Account: For now, Accounts are created manually by CS Specialist.
   2. Client: For now, Clients are created manually by CS Specialist.
   3. Property: For now, Properties are created manually by CS Specialist. Must set the following:
      1. PRO/PRO+
         1. SA Visible = TRUE This turns on processing of their attribution data (this is a requirement for matching & ClickTrails to occur for a property).
         2. Visible in Dropdown = TRUE This makes the property visible in the DMUI property selection dropdown for all users associated with the property.
      2. STARTER/BASIC
         1. Source Reports = TRUE This makes the Source Reports pages show in the DMUI and also hides the Sales Attribution pages.
         2. Visible in Dropdown = TRUE This makes the property visible in the DMUI property selection dropdown for all users associated with the property.

Assign CSL - PRO only

CSL Assignment Rules:

• If a CSL sells a new rooftop to an existing group, CS Specialist will assign the CSL to the existing group's CSL.

Process:

1. Check with the CS Director to find out who the CSL should be.
2. Monday - Go to the Clarivoy Properties board and update the CSL column.
3. Rocketlane
   1. Go to the Project
   2. In the top right corner, click the Manage Placeholders button
   3. Next to Customer Success, choose the CSL
   4. Click Done
   5. Rocketlane will ask you to confirm that you want to invite the CSL to the project. Click Invite & Assign.

Clarivoy Dealer Discovery [Phase]

Clarivoy Dealer Discovery Survey - PRO AND STARTER

1. Dealer Completes Integration Survey in Rocketlane.
   1. Pro/Pro+/Canada: When the Discovery Survey is completed, the Starter Phase 2 (Core Data Tasks)
      1. ✴️ Data flows from the Rocketlane survey answers into Monday Clarivoy Properties board item via the Zap RL to Monday - Clarivoy Properties - multiple fields (PRO/PRO+).
      2. 🚀 When the Discovery Survey is completed, the following template is automatically imported into the Rocketlane project (via automation in Phase 1 template on the Dealer Discovery survey task):
         1. Pro/Pro+ Phase 2 Data Tasks
         2. Pro/Pro+ Phase 3 - All Subscriptions - Confirm LFI
   2. Starter/Basic:
      1. ✴️ Data flows from the Rocketlane survey answers into Monday Starter/Basic Properties board item via the Zap RL to Monday Starter/Basic Properties - specific fields (STARTER).
      2. 🚀 When the Discovery Survey is completed, the following templates are imported into the Rocketlane project (via automation in Phase 1 template on the Dealer Discovery survey task):
         1. Starter Phase 2 Data Tasks
         2. Pro/Pro+ Phase 3 - All Subscriptions - Confirm LFI
         3. Starter Phase 4 [Confirm LFI, Create Logins, Provisioning] Ops Future Improvement: Change importing Starter Phase 4 to when project status is set to Integration Complete [need to discuss Starter phase 2 data tasks process first]

Enter 3PA Keys [Phase]

Enter 3PA Keys into DMUI - PRO AND STARTER

Go to Third Party Websites to find the 3PA Keys

1. See Third Party Dealer IDs.
2. Set 3PA keys task complete when done.
