Adding a Third Party vendor to the TPDS Monday Board & Automated DAG

1. Edit the Third Party Data Sharing board to add columns for the new vendor
   1. INSERT STEPS HERE  **use specific column IDs**
2. Add the vendor to the customer survey forms
   1. INSERT STEPS HERE - TBD moving form to Rocketlane
3. Create a new Monday board for Data Sharing using the template
   1. Go to the Ops Workspace
   2. + sign (boards sidebar)
   3. Board
   4. Start with Template
   5. Created by Clarivoy category (top left)
   6. TPDS External Board
   7. Click “Use Template” button (top right)
   8. Create Board dialog box
      1. Name = [Third Party] Sharing
      2. Privacy = Sharable
      3. Click “Create Board” button
   9. Set board permissions
      1. Three dots (top right)
      2. Permissions
      3. (Left side) Under “Choose a set of permissions”, choose “Only edit content”
      4. Under Items tab:
         1. Uncheck “Create items”
         2. Uncheck “Move items to other boards”
         3. Uncheck “Delete items created by other users"
      5. Under Subitems tab:
         1. Uncheck “Create subitems”
         2. Uncheck “Move items to other boards”
         3. Uncheck “Delete subitems created by other users"
      6. Under General tab:
         1. Uncheck “Create and edit automations and inegrations”
      7. Under Views tab:
         1. Uncheck “Delete views created by other users”
      8. Click Save
   10. Note the board ID (in the URL).  This is needed in step 5 below.
4. Edit the Third Party Vendor status column choices
   1. On the Test item, click on the value in the Third Party Vendor column
   2. Click Edit Labels
   3. edit the value ("enter 3p name here") & set it to the third party ID as found in third_party_data.prod_third_party_data_config in the vendor_name column
   4. click Apply
5. Add the vendor to the TPDS config Google Sheet
   1. Open third_party_impact_permissions_monday_api_reference_table
   2. Add a new row for the new third party
      1. Third Party Name = the vendor name
      2. third_party_property_id = the property ID for the third party (ask Engineering; they will have created it)
      3. Approval Monday column ID = the column ID for the “[vendor] approved/denied” column you created on the Third Party Data Sharing board
      4. Entered Monday column ID = the column ID for the “[vendor] entered” column you created on the Third Party Data Sharing board
      5. External Sharing Monday board ID = the board ID for the new Sharing board you created in step 3
