Allow Clarivoy to export your sales data for you
This is the Preferred Method.
Please create a DriveCentric login for Clarivoy:
1. Use this format for the email address:
datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces). Make sure you include the + sign.
Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
2. Use the phone number provided to you for the account setup (2FA).
3. On the Permissions tab, make sure you enable the following for the new login, so Clarivoy can download your CRM leads:
- Mining
- Under Data Access, set Data Access to "Store" (required to view all leads)
- Under Customer Access, enable "Data Download"
- Enable "View DMS Amounts"
Exporting the Sales Report on your own
Setting Up The Sales Report
1. Login to DriveCentric
2. Click on the Initials on the top right corner (if multiple rooftops are under one account)
a. In the drop-down menu, select Change Stores and select the desired rooftop.
3. Select Mining (the magnifying class on the top le= corner)
4. Click Mine Deals on the top right corner.
5. Add Filter (purple button on the left side)
6. Search for “Sold Date” and select.
7. Select Between
8. Enter the desired dates
9. Scroll down and click the purple SAVE button.
10. Click the columns button (on the right side, underneath Clear All)
11. Remove all default columns (X next to each column name on the right side)
12. Choose the following columns:
- Customer First Name
- Customer Last Name
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Phone
- Home Phone
- Cell Phone
- Customer Work Phone
- Customer Email
- Store
- DMS Back Gross *
- DMS Front Gross *
- DMS Total Gross *
- DMS Deal Type
- DMS Retail Price
- Date Sold
- Vehicle 1 Make
- Vehicle 1 Model
- Vehicle 1 VIN
- Vehicle 1 Year
- Vehicle 1 Status
- Vehicle 2 Make
- Vehicle 2 Model
- Vehicle 2 VIN
- Vehicle 2 Year
- Vehicle 2 Status
- Vehicle 3 Make
- Vehicle 3 Model
- Vehicle 3 VIN

*In order to pull Gross values, your user will need permission to View DMS Amounts. An Admin can add this permission under User Management.*
13. Click Apply
14. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
15. Download
16. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “DriveCentric Sales” and the months the data is for. Example: ABC Autos – DriveCentric Sales – Jan 2024
17. Change the date filter so it defaults to Last Month: Click on “Sold Date is between....”
18. Select Last month
19. Scroll down and click the purple SAVE button.
20. Save Segment (top left, next to the filters)
21. Name it “Clarivoy Sales Report Last Month – ROOFTOP NAME”
22. Save New Segment
23. If there are additional rooftops, you may need to recreate this segment under each rooftop. Click the initials in the top right then select Change Stores to switch rooftops, then repeat steps 2 – 22.
Moving forward, you will be able to follow the instructions for Pulling Monthly Sales to download your sales.
Pulling Monthly Sales
Follow these instructions after having setup the report.
1. Login to DriveCentric
2. Click on the Initials on the top right corner (if multiple rooftops are under one account)
a. In the drop-down menu select Change Stores and select the desired rooftop. 
3. Select Mining (the magnifying class on the top left corner)
4. Hover over "Clarivoy Sales Report Last Month" box (towards the bottom of the page)
5. Click the three dots on the box
6. Download
7. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “DriveCentric Sales” and the month the data is for. Example: ABC Autos – DriveCentric Sales – Jan 2022.csv
8. If there are additional rooftops, click the initials in the top right then Change Stores to switch rooftops and repeat steps 2-7. 
9. Once you have exported the data, securely upload the file at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports checking the box for “Sales”.
