Requirements for exporting your own DMS Sales Files
● Please ensure that the required fields are present in your Sales file.
● Please ensure that the report contains 1 record per row (with no blank rows or columns, no row grouping and no summary rows).
● Please name your exported file with the dealership name, month(s) and year(s).
Example: ABC Automotive - Jan-Feb 2022 - Sales.csv
● Once you have built the report, please export the data and securely upload the file at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports
