Requirements for exporting your own DMS Sales Files

Requirements for exporting your own DMS Sales Files

Ensure that the required fields are present in your Sales file.
The report should contain 1 record per row (with no blank rows or columns, no row grouping and no summary rows).
Name your exported file with the dealership name, month(s) and year(s).
Example: ABC Automotive - Jan-Feb 2025 - Sales.csv
Once you have built the report, please export the data and securely upload the file at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports and check the box for “Sales”
