About API Integrations
In our continued efforts to automate and make our data collection more efficient, we are pleased to inform you that Clarivoy has established an API connection with CallRevu, who owns CallRevu and TotalCX (formerly InteractiveTel). API connections allow us to receive your call logs securely from your call tracking vendor.
CallRevu Integration Process
We need your dealership's authorization for CallRevu to share your dealership's call tracking data with Clarivoy via a secure API integration.
- Be on the lookout for an email from Clarivoy Data Team <datateam@clarivoy.com> with the subject line "Please Sign: CallRevu authorization form for [Your Dealership Group Name]". This email will contain a link for you to sign the authorization form.
- Click the Open link at the bottom of the email
- Complete the guided steps in PandaDoc to complete the form.
- Don't forget to click Submit in PandaDoc once you are done signing!
- After you sign the form, we will work with CallRevu/TotalCX to activate the appropriate data connection for your dealership.
