Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you
This is our preferred method.
Please create a Marchex login for Clarivoy at https://app.marchex.io/ so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
- Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces). Make sure you include the + sign.
Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com. - Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
- Enable access to Export data.
- Please provide us with the username and temporary password.
Exporting Call Logs on your own - All Other OEMs
The below instructions are for NON-GM Dealers.

1. Log Into your Marchex or ProMax Call Tracking account.
a. Click on Call Log at the top menu under Call Tracking
• If you see Client List and Clients Call Log tabs at the top when logging in, this login contains MULTIPLE ROOFTOPS
• If you want to pull all data for all rooftops, just click on Clients Call Log
• To pull data for only one rooftop:
i. Click Client List
ii. Click the rooftop name
iii. Click Calls Dashboard
iv. Click Call Log at the top
2. At the far right, next to the date, click Edit
3. Enter the desired date range and click Update.
4. Click on Export at far right.
5. Save the file somewhere you will remember.
Name it with your dealership name, the word “Marchex” or “Promax Call Tracking” and the months the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos – Marchex – Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv
or ABC Autos – Promax Call Tracking– Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv
6. If you pulled data for a single rooftop and have other rooftops to pull, Repeat Steps 1b through 5 for each additional rooftop.
7. Log out
8. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
Marchex Instructions for GM Dealers
The below instructions are for GM Dealers only.

Unfortunately, GM does not allow outside access to GM Global. GM dealers will need to download their call logs each month, then upload the files to Clarivoy.
- Login to GM Global.
- Go to the Phone Analytics Dashboard App.
- If you do not see the navigation menu on the left side of the screen, click the three lines icon in the top left.
- Click Call Logs.
- Click All Calls.
- If you have multiple dealerships: At the top of the screen, click on the dealership name to open the store selector. Select your home org unit (the top level in the list, usually your auto group name) to get a file with all stores in it.
- Click the Filter button
to change the filters.
- Set Call Direction to Inbound only (uncheck Outbound).
- Click Apply Filter.
- Click the Filter button
again to change the date filters.
- Choose the time frame needed.
- Under Historical Dates, set the Start Date.
- Set the End Date.
- Click Apply Filter.
- Note the number of calls at the bottom of the call list.
- If it is more than 10,000 rows, you will need to adjust your filter for a smaller date range and break the month into multiple parts. For example, send the 1st-15th in one file and the 16th-31st in another file.
- Click the three dots
just above the list of calls for the dropdown menu.
- Click Download as .CSV File.
- Save the file somewhere you will remember.
Name it with your dealership name, the word “Marchex” and the dates the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos – Marchex – Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv - If you had to split the data into multiple files due to the 10,000 row export limit, repeat steps 7-18 and pull the rest of the dates.
- Log out.
- Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
