What: Text/SMS Marketing logs are essentially another way to describe "touchpoints" - which is every time a potential buyer comes in contact with one of your marketing efforts. Your Text/SMS logs can help us to match your various marketing efforts to your buyer.

To do so, we need insight into every touchpoint along the way (not just the first or last touch). The more complete leads we collect - the more likely we are to find your buyer behavior and match it to a sale!
How:
- Secure API Connections: Clarivoy has established secure API connections with the following Call Tracking services who provide us with Text/SMS logs:
- CRM Integration: Many SMS/Text providers integrate with your CRM. If this is the case, we will obtain your Text/SMS logs through your CRM integration.

Text/SMS Logs - Requirements
- Please send a report of all text messages sent or received during the specified timeframe.
- Ensure that the required fields (below) are present in your file.
- List one impression row.
- Acceptable formats are .XLSX (Excel) or .CSV (Comma separated values)
- Please name your exported file with the dealership name, vendor name, the words “text” or “SMS”, the month(s) and year(s).
