Allow Clarivoy to export your leads data for you

This is our preferred method.

Existing Login for Clarivoy
If you already have an existing login for Clarivoy, please add any new stores to the existing login.

New to Clarivoy
Please create an AutoRaptor login for Clarivoy:

1. Use this format for the email address:   datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
   Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
   Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
2. If you have multiple rooftops, please enable access to all rooftops under the same login.
3. Enable Admin access so that we may export your CRM leads report for use in Sales Attribution.
4. Please provide your CSL or Onboarding Specialist with the username and password.

Exporting CRM Leads on your own

1. Login intohttps://www.autoraptor.com/login/
2. In top left corner, click on property name to change to the desired location (if necessary).
3. In the top menu, click UP SHEETS.
4. Under "Filter Results" on the far right, click the dropdown menu next to "Date".
5. Select CREATED.
6. Click on the dropdown next to "Created" and then select BETWEEN.
7. Change the dates to desired time period.
8. Click the orange SEARCH button.
9. At the top of the menu (to the left of “Active”), click on ALL.
10. In the blue bar below, click EXPORT.
11. Click on COMPREHENSIVE, then the GENERATE EXPORT FILE button.
12. Wait for the file to be generated (this may take a few minutes).
13. In the upper right corner, click the small globe icon (with red number showing).
14. Select the message that says “YOUR UP SHEET EXPORT IS READY TO DOWNLOAD”.
15. The export will be a Zip File (open the ZIP file to reveal the CSV file)
16. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “AutoRaptor CRM” and the months the data is for. 
    Example: ABC Autos - AutoRaptor CRM – Jan 2025 to Mar 2025.csv
17. Repeat the previous steps for any additional rooftops you have.
18. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for "CRM Leads”.
