What: A simple java script that your website provider will load for you if you tell them to. The same code should be loaded on all of your rooftop websites, micro sites, and parent sites within the group.

Why: We use this to track all shoppers on your website and tie those shoppers - known or anonymous - to sales. Without it, we can’t help.
How: Simply forward the tracking code you receive from Clarivoy to your website provider and tell them to load it. This process typically takes about 48 hours. If you ever change website providers, make sure to load the code on the new site or you will lose tracking.
