OpLogic: Exporting Leads Data for Source Reports

Access Required

In order to export Leads data from OpLogic CRM, an administrator must add the following permissions to your user profile.

  1. Enable access to the General Report.
  2. Enable permissions to view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
  3. Enable access to Export data via the Mail Merge function.

Exporting the Data

Login to the CRM at https://crm.oplogic.com/login

1.     On the left side, click Showroom Traffic.

2.     Under the Reports section, select General Report

3.     Set Basic Filters & Display Options

Company = select the rooftop desired (if you have multiple stores)
Range = set dates desired

4.     Set Advanced Filter

For No duplicates/Only duplicates, change to “All”
For Actives/Inactives, change to “All”

5.     Click Submit

 

6.     On the results page, in the top right corner, click the Right arrow icon 


[Mail Merge Version] located to the right of to the Printer icon. 
If you do not see the Mail Merge Version icon, you must have an administrator update your user profile to enable permissions to Export data via the Mail Merge function.

7.     You will get a confirmation message and a CSV file will be emailed to the email address on your user profile.

8.     Save the file somewhere you will remember.  Name it with your dealership name, the words “Oplogic CRM Leads” and the month the data is for. 
Example:  ABC Autos – OpLogic CRM Leads – Jan 2025.csv

9.     If you have multiple rooftops, repeat all steps above for each additional rooftop/store.

10.  Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.
