Account Setup for Exporting Data in 180

Note: To export data from 180, you will need:

• “General Manager" access level or higher (”General Sales Manager" access does not allow exporting)
• The Export Password for the dealership (an Admin for your 180 DMS should have this)

Sales Report Setup

1. Login at https://dlsaccelerator.com/webasp/login.asp
2. In the menu at the top, click Management
3. Click Export Data
4. Click Retail Deal Data
5. Add each of the required fields from the Available Fields list on the left to the Selected Fields list on the right by selecting each field then click the → button in the middle
   1. Address
   2. City
   3. Email
   4. FirstName
   5. HomePhone
   6. IsWholesale
   7. LastName
   8. Make
   9. MobilePhone
   10. Model
   11. Postal
   12. Province
   13. SoldDate
   14. VehicleStatus
   15. Vin
   16. WorkPhone
   17. Year
6. Under the “Export data for:” section at the bottom, set the Delivery Date Range to the dates needed
7. Under “Save Report as (optional)”, enter Clarivoy Sales Report
8. Enter the Export Password
9. Click the gray Export File button
10. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the word “Sales” and the month(s) the data is for.
    Example: ABC Autos - Sales - Jan-March 2025.csv
11. Go to upload.clarivoy.com/oda to securely upload the file, checking the box for “Sales”.
