DriveCentric: Sales Data for On-Demand Attribution

Exporting The DriveCentric Sales Report

  1. Login to DriveCentric at: https://app.drivecentric.com
  2. If multiple rooftops are available under your account:
    2.1 Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Change Stores

    2.2 Choose the desired rooftop
  3. In the menu at the top, click the magnifying glass icon for Mining.
  4. Click Mine Deals in the top right corner
  5. Filter by Sold Date
    5.1 Click + Add Filter

    5.2 Search for Sold Date
    5.3 Select Between
    5.4 Enter the desired date range (typically the 3 most recently completed months)
    5.5 Click Save
  6. Select the Columns to Export
    6.1 Click the Columns button on the right side

    6.2 Remove any default columns (X next to each column name on the right side)
    6.3 Select the following columns: Customer First Name, Customer Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Phone, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Customer Work Phone, Customer Email, Date Sold, Vehicle 1 Make, Vehicle 1 Model, Vehicle 1 VIN, Vehicle 1 Year, Vehicle 1 Sstatus
  7. Click Apply
  8. Download the Report
    8.1 Click the three dots in the upper-right corner

    8.2 Click Download
    Note: If you do not see the Download option, your DriveCentric user profile may not have the required permissions. Please contact your DriveCentric administrator for assistance.

    8.3 Save the file somewhere easy to find, such as your Downloads folder or Desktop. Name the file using your dealership name, “DriveCentric Sales” and the date range included in the report. 
    Example: ABC Autos – DriveCentric Sales – Jan 2026 through March 2026.csv
  9. Upload the file
    9.1 Once the file has been exported, securely upload it to: https://upload.clarivoy.com/oda.
    9.2 Complete the form by entering your email address and dealership name, selecting Sales as the file type, attaching the exported CSV file, and clicking Send Files.
    9.3 After clicking Send Files, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the file was successfully uploaded to Clarivoy.
