1. List of Sites that are Currently Tagged

Instructions: To export:
- In the top right corner, click the gear icon
- Click Download
- Choose the Format you want (Excel)
- Make sure to select "All Results" at the bottom or else you will only get a limited number of rows
- Click Download
- Email the file to whoever you wish to share it with.
Sharing: This can be Scheduled to be emailed to anyone on a regular basis (as an Excel attachment). To schedule:
- In the top right corner, click the gear icon
- Click Schedule
- Choose "Email"
- Add the recipients (you can include yourself if you want)
- Format Data as: Choose XLSX for an Excel file
- Set the schedule
- Advanced Options
- IMPORTANT! Next to Limit, choose "All results"
- Email Options: Uncheck "include links" (this would send a link to the Looker board, which they cannot access)
- If you want, click Send Test to send a copy now.
- Click Save All
If you need something self-serve that external partners can access, it needs to be requested through the Product team so they can spec it out and Engineering can build it in the Dashboard (similar to how we share the TPIR with the Marketplaces).
2. List of dealers for which have Sales + Leads (MTSA and Source Reports)

Instructions:
- At the top of the Active Dealers List panel, on the right side, click the three dots button ("More options").
Note: this is NOT the three dots located at the top right corner of the entire board. See picture below.
- Click Export to Excel
Sharing: We cannot grant external partners access to this board without giving them access to both Properties boards, which we don't want to do.
If you need something self-serve that external partners can access, it needs to be requested through the Product team so they can spec it out and Engineering can build it in the Dashboard (similar to how we share the TPIR with the Marketplaces).
