Four our Source Reports attribution (Starter or Basic), we will be asking for access to the following resources:
Sales Data - Our reporting to you is VIN-specific. We start with the sale and recreate the buyer’s journey working backward from that point. We use your data to determine the online identity of your buyer to discover their path to purchase. We can pull sales data directly from select CRMs. For other CRM systems, you will need to upload a Sales file to us each month.
CRM Leads - Your lead sources are recorded in your CRM, along with timestamps, email addresses and phone numbers. Unfortunately, CRMs attribute sales to only one source. Having this information can help us to uncover additional connections to the online behavior of your buyers. We can show you where your buyer was engaged before and after submitting a lead to your CRM. We can pull your leads data directly from select CRMs. For other CRM systems, you will need to upload a file to us each month containing all leads created in the previous month.
Website Tag - We ask that your website provider loads our Clarivoy tag on your website(s). This tag will allows us to collect data about shoppers on your website(s) and match the shoppers to your Sales.
