CallDrip: Downloading Call Logs

Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you

This is our preferred method.

Please create a CallDrip login for Clarivoy at https://app.calldrip.com/login so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
 

  1. Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com    
         Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.      
         Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.   
  2. Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.   
  3. Enable access to Export data.
  4. Please provide us with the username and temporary password.

 

Exporting Call Logs on your own

  1. Log into https://app.calldrip.com/login
  2. Click the arrow on the left side to expand the navigation bar.
  3. Then click Activity
  4. Select Filter on the top right of the screen above the search button.
  5. Click the check box for “Inbound” in the popup window.
  6. Then select UPDATE in the green box at the bottom right of the popup window.
  7. Select the box with the date next to filters.
  8. Click Custom Range and then select the desired dates.
  9. Under Activity on the top right where it says “Rows Per Page” click the 10 and change to “All” in the drop down menu.
  10. Click on the CSV button to download the data on the page.
  11. Double check the file for all desired dates. The website can run slow at refreshing when you select All on the Rows Per Page.
  12. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the  words “CallDrip CT” and the months the data is for.  
    Example: ABC Autos – CallDrip CT – Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv
  13. Log out of CallDrip
  14. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
