Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you
This is our preferred method.
Please create a Foureyes login for Clarivoy at https://vue.foureyes.io/ so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
- Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces). Make sure you include the + sign.
Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com. - Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
- Enable access to Export data.
- Please provide us with the username and temporary password.
Exporting Call Logs on your own
- Log into https://vue.foureyes.io/login/standard
- Click on Omni-Tracking in the blue navigation bar on the right side (the icon is a chat bubble at the top).
- Under Lead Actions, click All
- Under the search bar at the top, click Add Filters.
- Under Lead Action Type, check the box for Calls.
- At the bottom, click the Apply Filter Selections button.
- In the top right corner, under the date, click the Columns button.
- Check the following columns:
- Lead Action Type
- Prospect
- Timestamp
- Channel
- Source
- Tracking Number Label
- UTM Source
- UTM Campaign
- Inventory of Interest
- Click Save Columns .
- In the top right corner, adjust the Date Filter to the desired date range.
- In the top left corner, click the Export button.
- Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “Foureyes Call Tracking” and the months the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos - Foureyes Call Tracking - Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv - Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking “Call Tracking”.
