Foureyes: Downloading Call Logs

Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you

This is our preferred method.

Please create a Foureyes login for Clarivoy at https://vue.foureyes.io/ so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
 

  1. Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com    
         Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.      
         Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.   
  2. Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.   
  3. Enable access to Export data.
  4. Please provide us with the username and temporary password.

 

Exporting Call Logs on your own

  1. Log into https://vue.foureyes.io/login/standard
  2. Click on Omni-Tracking in the blue navigation bar on the right side (the icon is a chat bubble at the top).
  3. Under Lead Actions, click All
  4. Under the search bar at the top, click Add Filters.
  5. Under Lead Action Type, check the box for Calls.
  6. At the bottom, click the  Apply Filter Selections  button.
  7. In the top right corner, under the date, click the Columns button.
  8. Check the following columns:
    1. Lead Action Type
    2. Prospect
    3. Timestamp
    4. Channel
    5. Source
    6. Tracking Number Label
    7. UTM Source
    8. UTM Campaign
    9. Inventory of Interest
  9. Click  Save Columns .
  10. In the top right corner, adjust the Date Filter to the desired date range.
  11. In the top left corner, click the Export button.
  12. Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “Foureyes Call Tracking” and the months the data is for. 
    Example: ABC Autos - Foureyes Call Tracking - Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv
  13. Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking “Call Tracking”.
