Allow Clarivoy to export your call logs for you
This is our preferred method.
Please create a Fox Dealer login for Clarivoy at https://calls.foxdealer.com/authenticate/ so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.
- Use this format for the email address: datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces). Make sure you include the + sign.
Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com. - Please enable access to: view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
- Enable access to Export data.
- Please provide us with the username and temporary password.
Exporting Call Logs on your own
- Log into https://calls.foxdealer.com/authenticate/
- Click Reports on the top center of the page
- On left side of the screen under “Custom” select Create report
- In Create report, select Call log
- Click Create Report
- At the click + Add Filter
- In the pop up box select “Call Direction”
- Click the drop down arrow with the text “any” next to call direction at the top and select Inbound
- Next to the search option under the line chart click Edit Columns
- Check the following fields:
- Company
- Tracking Number
- Source
- Start Time
- Duration
- Keywords
- Campaign
- Contact
- City
- Country
- Then click Apply
- Click the drop down arrow next to "Displaying data from" and select custom
- Select the desired dates and click set range
- Click export next to the Edit Columns
- Export as a Excel file and click Start export
- Save the file somewhere you will remember. Name it with your dealership name, the words “Fox Dealer CT” and the months the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos – Fox Dealer CT – Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.csv - Log out of Fox Dealer Call Tracking
- Go to https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa to securely upload all files, checking the box for “Call Tracking”.
