Chat Logs - Requirements
- Please pull a Chat Log, ensuring that the required fields are present in your file.
- List one customer per row.
- Acceptable formats are .XLSX (Excel) or .CSV (Comma separated values)
- Please name your exported file with the dealership name, vendor name, month(s), and year(s).
