Clarivoy avoids recommending specific vendors for a number of reasons:
- We frequently see a vendor perform quite well for one client, and not as well for another. Your relationship with your vendor can make a big difference in achieving the goals you've set. You need to work with someone who understands your objectives and can adjust their strategies to meet your needs.
- Clarivoy's promise to you is to remain unbiased and agnostic in our reporting. If we recommend a specific vendor, we may be put in a position of defending that recommendation if things don't go well. That wouldn't be at all fair to you.
That being said, we do have a list of questions that you can use as you are speaking with prospective paid search providers:
- How do you determine a recommended starting budget for my campaigns?
- Will you audit my current performance before creating my new campaigns?
- How often do you report to me and what does your reporting look like?
- What is your proof of success?
- Will I own the Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts, or will you?
- What is the experience level of the people who will be working on my account?
- How is your team structured? Will I be working directly with a PPC professional, or will I be working with an account manager?
- How much automotive experience do you have?
- Do you have any case studies?
