Can you recommend a vendor?

Clarivoy avoids recommending specific vendors for a number of reasons:

  1. We frequently see a vendor perform quite well for one client, and not as well for another. Your relationship with your vendor can make a big difference in achieving the goals you've set. You need to work with someone who understands your objectives and can adjust their strategies to meet your needs.
  2. Clarivoy's promise to you is to remain unbiased and agnostic in our reporting. If we recommend a specific vendor, we may be put in a position of defending that recommendation if things don't go well. That wouldn't be at all fair to you.
That being said, we do have a list of questions that you can use as you are speaking with prospective paid search providers:
  • How do you determine a recommended starting budget for my campaigns?
  • Will you audit my current performance before creating my new campaigns?
  • How often do you report to me and what does your reporting look like?
  • What is your proof of success?
  • Will I own the Google Ads and Google Analytics accounts, or will you?
  • What is the experience level of the people who will be working on my account?
  • How is your team structured? Will I be working directly with a PPC professional, or will I be working with an account manager?
  • How much automotive experience do you have?
  • Do you have any case studies?
